Kade Boehm–Helping Savers Stores and Helping the Pantry

Kade Boehm organized a clothing drive this summer in cooperation with the local Savers stores, who in turn donated money to the food pantry.  This is his 3rd year doing the drive, and his older brother Ryker did it the year before that!  Kade collected 11,978 pounds of clothing this year, with the help of his family and friends, having to make 3 deliveries to the Savers stores.  That was due to Covid and not all the stores being able to accept everything at one time.  He earned $2,679.30 for the pantry from the clothes he turned in–this was the second largest fund raiser that Savers has ever had!  We also received a gift card from him for $50.  A big THANK YOU to Kade, his brother Ryker, and their family and friends!

Thank You CGPAC!

CGPAC held a fundraiser for the Pantry and delivered this $700 check!  We appreciate both their performing talents and their heart for supporting the community.  A big ‘Thank You’ from all of us!

St. Barnabas Souper Bowl Party

The St. Barnabas youth group had a ‘Souper Bowl’ event to collect money for the Pantry, then went shopping to purchase needed items, and stocked the items themselves.   What a fun way to support our community!

Trout Valley Turkey Trot

Runners in the Trout Valley Turkey Trot along with donators presented the Pantry with a nice contribution.  A great combination of exercise and community support!
